RETURN CONDITIONS!
At Vertical l'Accessoire, we automatically offer the return of your order if it does not suit you (excluding sale products!). How does it work? It's easy ! You send us an email to [email protected] telling us that you want a return or exchange. Following this, we send you a return slip. You print it, stick it on a box then go to La Poste! Once the product has returned to us, you will then have the choice of being reimbursed or choosing another product.
